Project Management Associate's Certificate Program

Course Description:

The Department of Interior is committed to developing qualified project managers at every career stage with the professional knowledge, skills, tools and experience to guide DOI projects effectively and efficiently. In support of this commitment and our strategic goal of developing, training and certifying project managers for all major and non-major investments, DOI is pleased to offer two project management certification programs, the Associate’s Certificate in Project Management and the Master’s Certificate in Project Management.

Associate’s Certificate in Project Management
To earn your associate’s certificate, you must successfully complete three courses within two years. You may take the courses in any order, but we highly recommend you follow the path depicted, as the courses build upon each other. The associate’s certificate path serves as the first step to earning your master’s certificate.

Target Audience

Project leaders, project-team members, new project managers, and anyone working with project managers or seeking professional development.

FAC-P/PM Training Program
Many of the courses listed here apply toward the FAC-P/PM training requirements.

Non-Certificate Needs
