SkillSoft Library of Online Courses

Open Season begins August 24, 2009!!

From August 24 - October 30, 2009 access to the SkillSoft library of online courses will be available for $45.

The SkillSoft Open Season will run from August 24 - October 30, 2009.

Users who purchase a license will have access to the SkillSoft library 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for one full year: October 1, 2009 -
September 30, 2010.

*Registering 5 or more people for SkillSoft library access is easy! DOI University has a simplified process for completing a bulk purchase/registration. Please click here for instructions.

Individuals who would like to gain access to the SkillSoft library must follow a 3-step process:

Register for the library in DOI LEARN and have your supervisor approve your registration. Click here for instructions.

Search for and launch a SkillSoft course in DOI LEARN. Click here for instructions.

For a fee of $45 users will have unlimited access to the SkillSoft library for one full year! The library is available to SkillSoft license holders wherever there is Internet access. Courses cover a wide range of subject matter including:

Information technology
Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
Budget & financial management
Leadership/supervisory skills
Project management
HR development
Acquisition management

College Credits and CEU's

Users can earn college credits, Continuing Educational Units (CEUs), Project Management Institute Units (PMIs), Continuing Professional Education units (CPEs) and nationally-recognized certifications in a number of areas such as human resources, business skills and IT.

Competency Mapping

SkillSoft offers its federal clients competency mappings for various federal-specific competency models including the OPM 2210 IT Job Series, the Executive Core Qualifications, Federal Acquisition for COTRs, and more!
